Are you uncertain about your birth options?
You don’t know what your so called “controllables” and “uncontrollables” are?
You have no idea why it’s important to move (and how to move wisely!) in pregnancy and during labour?
You want to find out more about breathing and focus techniques?
You’d like to turn this transformative period into a positive experience?
LET ME HELP YOU!
I am Réka Gáborjáni, senior birth coach with over 20 years of experience in birth education and pregnancy yoga teaching. I spend my time between Bath (UK), and Budapest, my hometown in Hungary where I’ve been working as a doula and a childbirth educator since 2003. More about me here.
Over those years, I’ve helped thousands of parents prepare for their births through my signature birth prep course. In the UK, I’m insured and registered with the Federation of Antenatal Educators (Fedant) and am also a member of the Birthlight Educational Trust.
If you want to know more about my qualifications, check it out here.
I offer:
• Complete antenatal courses consisting of 6-8 hours of ‘live’ learning spread across 3 or 4 sessions. This will include an initial private consultation, a 100-page booklet called ‘Preparing for Birth’ and access to a private online learning platform.
• Different types of 1:1 consultations for childbirth and continuous live support for any queries related to your pregnancy until the time you deliver your baby.
• Biomechanics-informed pregnancy yoga workshops that involves active birth positions, breathing exercises for birth, and techniques to help you focus better during childbirth.
CHILDBIRTH COURSE
This parenting or antenatal class is available online, with occasional in-person meetings in Budapest, or Bath (UK). The class is typically six hours for private sessions and eight hours for group sessions, divided into three or four meetings. The class includes live coaching, as well as optional self-learning and preparation at home.

However, the cost of this Initial Consultation will be deducted from the Full Course price. After the consultation, you can decide if you would like to continue with the Full Course. Based on your preferences, I’ll connect you with other parents or continue with one-on-one coaching. I’ll do my best to help you in the best way possible.

1:1 CONSULTATIONS
INITIAL CONSULTATION / EMPOWER HOUR
Pregnancy can raise a million questions, and it can be hard to find the answers that suit you. You may try searching on Google or an online forum, but the information you get is often generic and based on someone else’s experience. You can choose to be alone or have your support partner by your side during a consultation that lasts over 60 minutes, where you can ask any questions about your pregnancy, labour, and birth. I can help you create a birth plan if you want.
60-75 minutes
£70 / €80
what’s included?
- Over an hour-long consultation via Zoom
- Personal attention and advice
- A stand-alone meeting, or part of the full course, with the cost later deducted from the course price.
QUICK
BIRTH CHAT
If you have a quick question that needs a brief answer, you can reach out to me via email. However, sometimes it may not be possible to provide a comprehensive response via email. In such cases, scheduling a quick birth chat with me can be more helpful, as it will provide you with the opportunity to ask a few questions and get immediate answers. So, if you have a short question that requires only a few minutes to answer, let’s meet up for a birth chat!
20-30 minutes
